My upstairs neighbors are two fat chicks that either whore themselves or sell drugs.  They are awake nearly 24 hours a day with no consistent schedule, and have a 10pm-4am party every weekend, during which we can hear their daughter ask if she can go to bed.  They play Good Charlotte loudly and other regular hit radio artists at normal volumes.

We have a pain in the arse upstairs. Time Exiles - Nuisance Gabbaret Lounge should piss them off.
