I didn't hear anything like the sample at the last minute, though the voice sounds kind of similar

Definitely possible, there's that french female sounding voice sample in Zeiss

But I can't find anything in this specific track that sounds like it. Maybe it's reversed or something

It doesn't sound like Zeiss Contarex nor like Megaman at all, but I like it!

Haha, it's what I could pick up of the melody, along with what I remember the later SNES Megaman games sounded like.. so yeah a bit of artistic license! And thanks!
