It seems like Will Ferrell has invented this entire sub-genre of comedy - and I don't get any of it ...

Where do the jokes get hidden ?

EDIT: Shit, I'm quoting something over a year old ? Well, I'm a little slow on the uptake...

I haven't eaten a Wagon Wheel since 07/11/07... ilovecubus.co.uk - 25ml of mp3 taken twice daily.

oh yeah, such an unusual turn for this show, it was like his character became completely real for those couple of minutes, dropping all that superficiality.

It almost seemed like a homage to The Sopranos because they used another Tindersticks tune in one of their more existential episodes...

...buuut I wouldn't read too much into it.

The highlight of this season.

Anyone else think that the dwarf and the Lenny-esque character aren't written very well?

i can get behind that; even the insults they trade are lame.

that said, eps 3 and 4 of season 2 have me completely blown. so good. i feel like the writers chose to embrace the fact that these guys can get away with so much ridiculous shit in mexico, because of a number of factors (language barrier, etc), and kenny and stevie have both just gone buckwild. the 3rd episode especially.

it's nice to see that kenny has not yet learned any life lessons, it certainly makes for a more entertaining character. though i think it'll be surprising if he doesn't run himself out of town, fucking with people like that record producer.
