squarepusher Warp 2-album sets

I don't know if this has already been mentioned, but I stumbled across a bunch of Warp 2-album sets by LFO, Aphex, Squarepusher, BOC, etc.

I can only seem to find these on HMV; but seeing as they're only like 8pounds I figured it was worth sharing... good introduction for new listeners, etc.

Boards of Canada is a nice package.

do you know how they look inside? how much did they take away from the original album art?

i saw an autechre one in my local hmv with quaristice and amber in it, and as far as I could tell it was just a cardboard sleeve around the two original cds

You're essentially getting the original releases with original packaging, etc., they just have a cardboard sleeve wrapped around them. Good way for WARP to clear their old stock.

I bought Artificial Intelligence I & II at Warp20. Worth it for sure.

i just bought that today! listening to the first cd now. so good.

also bought antipop consortium's new lp, sounded great in the car!

What papa says is true, it's not a cheap shot. It's the same for every label in the industry. The back catalogues of every artists aren't selling anymore as much as before. They probably have large quantities of those big sellers they need to liquidate them.

Better now because later they won't have the chance with the industry loosing almost 10% each year in CD sales.
