SR4 Posted March 11, 2010 Author Report Share Posted March 11, 2010 ill try melatonin again once i feel like putting up the money for it. i dont really get it though, im probably the healthiest ive been in my adult life, constant exercise, try to maintain a sleep schedule (though that has to be done with sleep meds), i think anxiety is the largest problem for me...i can't sleep unless i can convince myself i am utterly exhausted.
