I'm guessing he probably means the religious right and biblical. But the religious right aren't christian, they've warped the "protestant work ethic" (which hey guess what Trooooon is basically one of they key changes in society that led to capitalism) to be something that's like a bizarre parody of Christianity.

And yeah, basically what Cromwell did. And we all know where that got him.
