If I remember rightly it's turkey, ham, beef, salami, chicken, Swiss cheese and a couple of other things. Took me an hour to eat. Was awesome.

In the states, ground beef is sometimes called hamburger, from the fact that actual hamburgers are made from ground (minced) beef.
