wow, I'm really surprised they even bother. I'm probably qualified for ssdi but I'm hesitant to jump through all the hoops.

 

ssdi is social security disability insurance; do you have a disability, or are you thinking of ssi (supplemental security income?)

ssdi is pretty hard to get but if you have a disability and you get a lawyer you stand a good chance i got it on my second attempt

i've been diagnosed, so ssdi, i just don't know if I can wait for the whole process to go through without working. Which yeah, sucks, but I don't know. How much was your lawyer?

what have you been diagnosed with?

my lawyer was paid out of my back-pay

up to $2000 i think it was

i still got around $20k in back-pay

I can't speak for the rest of the world, but if you are some religion besides Christian and you don't have a Christmas type of holiday involving celebrations and gifts In a Canadian society, you're almost being cruel to your kids. They will hear about santa at school from all of the other kids and how he brings them gifts and they will go home and ask their parents "mommy why doesn't Santa come for us?" and they will have to say something like "Well, we don't believe in Santa, son".

Just to be clear by Christmas-type holiday I mean any holiday around that time of year: Hahnika Kwanza Ede, I can't be bothered to look up the correct spellings though but you get what I'm saying
