Really? Seems to me that every philosopher who thinks too much about something ends up extremely depressed. A guy I once knew couldn't stop overthinking everything and he ended up going to a psychic. My philosophy professor said something like that too. It doesn't really make alot of sense to me though because I like to believe the world is a fairly happy place and life is generally quite worth living, and that the people who say "life sucks and then you die" are just being modest.
