ugh, bullshit. in the richard backstory episode, they had subtitles for almost the entire episode because they were only speaking spanish. it would've been more plausible for them to switch to english in that episode, rather than having a roman start belting out immaculate modern english.

Good lord. As terrible as that episode was that list of complaints chooses to exaggerate in an attempt to make it seem worse than it is, which is pointless because it's already awful. I guess the light is electromagnetic energy as seen in Season 2, so that's nothing new. But that + throwing someone in a cave with water = a smoke monster?

in fact the minute they decided the monster was gonna be a smoke monster they were doomed. a giant robotic mapinguari would've been a better choice.

man this show went downhill faster than anything I can remember. I don't think I care about a single character

they killed pretty much every character around season 3. but still the show had some interesting things going on. the only thing this season had going for it was the expectation on "what the fuck are they going to come up with to wrap the thing up".

it's possible they kept it in spanish since the actors know how to speak it, unlike latin, which probably was horribly butchered. did you throw a hissy fit when they did it in the hunt for the red october when the russian sub captain starts to speak english in a scottish accent? deal with it.

it bugged me that it went from the scene of MIB asking mother what death was, to a scene of him and Jacob KILLING a boar. They had to have known what death was at that age.

Small, but I thought that the first time I saw it, and watching it again, it bugged me still.

i like the setup for the finale, but still too many WTF - i waited for what? moments.

good episode last night. not alot happened but no

richards death scene was pretty crappy. he got a lapidis exit really. shame. his character never really panned out. once you found out he was a jacob minion he lost any interest. he could have survived though i suppose.

jack taking on the island was pretty obvious. out of those 4 who else was gonna man up? i expected them to make it more suprising but whatever.

kate didnt die? wtf?

off the island seemed to take up much of the show desmond getting all his brohters together. what the hell is he planning? mass suicide?

ben shooting widmore was awesome!

locke slicing liz lemons neck was hot!

lapidis died? when did that happen?

was kate/jack/sawyer crying for franky? no didnt even remember he was there. "did jin/sun make it?" "nope" *cry*

he was on the sub. got hit by a hatch door, presumed drowned

anyway good setup for the finale. wondering how are they going to tie up with the alt reality, and the hydrogen bomb, because the last line implied that the alt reality is what flocke wants (btw is it just me or did sawyer actually named him flocke near the beginning? ) with the island underwater and all. yet jack wants to protect it, so really all there is to show is wtf is that alt reality. probably gonna be facepalm anyway...

so do you think desmond goes into the light well?

well the thought didn't cross my mind.. but i guess maybe. or he'll turn the donkey wheel?

good point. dunno what else his special powers will let him do. maybe only he can defeat smokey somehow

well tbh all they need is to figure out the pattern. maybe since desmond can see the future he can figure it out first and obtain his special weapon.
