I haven't listened to them for ages, but as far as electronic music with female vocalists goes it's good stuff.

Psapp's kind of cool. The music's made mostly out of toy samples.

Blonde Redhead? Not entirely electronic, but lots of electronics from what I remember. It's got that aesthetic anyway.

Actually all Gerald Donald/Heinrich Mueller myspace projects (Zerkalo, Zwischenwelt, Black Replica, Daughter Produkt) have female vocals added most of the time, works very good.
