i cried at avatar. not proud. i think it's partly the huge screen and ultrastereo sound at 0dB and overwhelmingness. and then with avatar, the 3d on top of that.

mind you before avatar, the last thing i saw in the cinema was wall-E. and i fucking blubbed my eyes out at that.

i love the idea of all these blogs popping up everywhere that have completely unverifiable content. ripe for massive hoaxing. my favorite one is 'overheard in new york' where the majority of them seemed totally fake but still entertaining. i find it very interesting that so many people assume these are real.

maybe that makes me cynical as fuck? i dont know

all the quotes on this website = too good/funny to be true, but who knows could be based on the seeds of reality (maybe here husband really does say weird shit in his sleep) but she exaggerates/fills in the gaps with her own brand of fake sleep talky humor, its well done for sure real or fake

i talk in my sleep. it really concerns me to have no control over what i'm saying. its probably mostly nonsense but i could giving away all kinds of secrets

my fear is i'll shout horrible things i don't mean, and this fear of saying those things will only make it more likely that i do. my sister talks in her sleep. she doesn't say anything as comical and unlikely as this guy though, just things that sound like rearranged english words.

I agree with you to a point but have felt that Overheard in New York is a mixture of people submitting true and made up quotes.

One blog like this that I like to think is real is Shit My Dad Says. It just rings so familiar of the type of cranky ramblins of an old man. I guess if you're creative enough it wouldn't be any harder than the others to fake but still, kudos to them for being a believable fake. That's all I want really, plausibility; originally posted link doesn't have this. <--- was that punctuation workable? Damn The Oatmeal's guide to semicolons was not much help
