Sounds like Cantonese to me but it's been a while since I've watched a kung-fu movie, might be from Vietnam too.

Vietnamese is the most insane sounding language on the earth. I heard a few Vietnamese broads screeching to each other in Aldi and it blew my damn mind.

I second this. I tend to eat on Argyle in Chicago (little Vietnam) because I LOVE pho, but the language always stuns me. Abrasive and yet...thanks to Full Metal Jacket, so sexy.
