drexciyan subforum would be great. i'd be happy with an detroit subforum as well (UR, Red Planet, Model 500, Carl Craig....the list goes on and on and on)

BoC released their last album in 2005. Gerald has released a ton of stuff since then.

A part of Gerald died when Stinson passed away, all of Gerald's records these days are too predictable and it's not because they all have the same exact sound palette, for the past 9 years, the whole scientific conceptual format has run its course.

Anyway the only people who would have stories to tell about Drexciya are the UR people like Mad Mike Banks and specially Anthony Shakir who was a good friend of Gerald, Ultradyne also posted some stories on another forum but they are all too secretive for their own good.

We should just have relevant label sub forums. It's pretty ridiculous to have a finite set of forums for a bunch of artists who either seldom or never release music or are past prime. It really dates the site imo.

It would happen the same as the Ceephad sub forum, "oh please mr joyrex give us a Ceephax sub forum..." finally happens then no one posts.

Well... maybe your right.
But... I don't know, it seems poisonous for the genre to obsess about artists that were relevant over a decade ago or even just to obsess about the artists in general. I imagine that there would be more action in subforums where multiple new releases appear to be talked about and it would focus attention on the many artists and label folks that are working hard to keep pumping out serious jams. Obviously we have the New Releases forum which is great, but it would be nice for it to feel a bit more organized and it would be helpful for casual visitors to be have a sense of where things are going on in the scene.
