i kind of wish there was something moderately beat-y between redfall and krylon. but other than that i think the album flows very, very, very well. flows much better than ep7, lp5, tri rep, and draft (and of course quari) imo.

Yes I agree -- this is why even the tunes I don't like that much work very well in the context.

I have no problem with the last three tracks being set the way they are. I do find O=0 to sound very awkward between os veix3 and d-sho qub though. Mostly just the way all the percussion sounds seems out of place, though I do like the background of that track... Maybe I just don't like the track enough for it to work.

I love the pairing of d-sho qub and st epreo. d-sho qub has the playful melody in the beginning and ends with the dark sounding choir into the thick atmosphere of st epreo. I love it.

does it happen to you sometimes that when you chew a peace of meat (mostly beef), you chew it a bit too long and eventually it'll turn into some mush with a funny taste and you can't bring yourself to swallow it, so you continue to chew it which worsens the dilemma? this is how st epreo sounds to me.

am i doing it wrong?

how to listen to it so it's not shite?

lol i wanted to delete everything leaky but it was still on the mobile mp3 player device

Oh my God I know that dilemma

But I specifically googled watmm st epreo to find the correct thread to come on to proclaim the wondrous musical masterpiece that is st epreo, so I vehemently disagree with your conclusion

st epreo is by far one of the best autechre tracks of all time

It has a beautiful varied sound palette

It has amazing rhythm as well as ambience

That little "tim doom   THUH" drum thing

That transition at 2:10 makes my hairs stand on end

st epreo is my favorite track off oversteps by far, and that's not saying the rest aren't amazing just that st epreo is fucking extra amazing

Omg st epreo

Great track, and the segue from d-sho qub into this is one of my favourites.

This. This and also the harmony change in 1:18.

It's not among the favourites from Oversteps, but still a solid track!
