Isn't hydrocodone just synthesized codeine? If you can get straight up 30mg codeine tablets,a couple of those will sort you out. If not, the combo ibuprofen codeine/hydrocodone tablets like neurofen plus will probably do the trick, maybe top up with some codeine syrup. You'll need some paracetamol for the codeine comedown, and don't do it for more than a day or two.
