lol joyrex just wants everyone to masturbate furiously over knowledge he purportedly has. in answering the video game question, it's very hard. if you're real about this, build up a resume as a creative director and try to get a job with a game company. the gaming industry is one of the most insane industries around. programmers get worked to the bone (they're basically expected to work 60 hour weeks -- lots of people want the job) and there is a crazy hierarchy of workers and management. companies big and small have dedicated teams for very small parts of the project (graphic designers, character/world modellers, story writers, various groups of programmers). if you're as in the dark as you are now, this game probably won't leave your brain :(
