Self Intro + (almost) first ever track

Hey everyone.

My name is Leo, I'm from Bonn - Germany and I have been a musician for almost 20 years now, playing drums in different bands with friends. I was always interested in hiphop also, but I just recently got very interested in electronic music.

Got myself Nitrotracker for Nintendo DS, Ableton Live + Reaktor and made some tracks. The first ones sucked too much to post them anywhere but I kinda like this one so far (not done yet).

At the moment a lot of Aphex, Luke Vibert and Squarepusher can be found in my playlists - the usual suspects to get anyone hooked on this stuff I guess :D .

I hope you like the track so far, It's not nearly done though.

See you!

P.S.: I uploaded the Track on WATMM Soundcloud first (before having made a single post here)... fail!

a nice track really. the fucked up sample sounds good, the sounds you've created are all quite nice. i get lost for a while arond 1:40, but you bring it back and it sounds quite nice! keep it up! honestly the one thing i think needed some work was the percussion. you overuse the snare drills! could benefit from some beats with a little more rhythm.

Hey thanks for the feedback ! Much appreciated.

I've improved the track quite a lot by now.

It's 4 minutes long, the drums are a lot more audible and the crazyness has been tuned down just a liiitttle bit :D.

Also the bell sound has been changed, I'm not happy with it yet though.

Some new stuff is also in the making.

Cheers!

Leo.
