just re-read the press release again, it sounds like Popp is trying to imply that what we're hearing are acoustic recordings. Apparently people are believing this, i just read the Wire review which describes several times his unusual ability to manipulate a guitar. Slightly surprised even the staff of the Wire isn't familiar with a form of synthesis that has been in practice since 1994
