Try M&S maple, pecan crunch its total delish. Problem is that it's so good I have 4 bowls a day and becomes quite expensive.

Normaly I have Jordans nut and seed, Jordans to a very tasty range of cereals indeeed. All natural and crunchy with whole brazil nuts, sunflower seeds,dates and cashews. Proper fill you up and then you can wrestle bears for the rest of the day on that gear.

Failing that good old Kelloggs crunchy nut corn flakes never dissapoints.

I usually avoid cereals as they contain shitloads of sugar and don't provide that much nutrition but when I do eat 'em it's either

lol, i rented the dvd when i was out in florida over christmas. switched it off after 15 mins.

Cereal's pretty good shit. But I rarely eat it anymore. For the past 4 years, I've been on a steady oatmeal diet. Sounds boring, but I make it cinnamon, raisins, honey, and vanilla soy milk. So it's quite tasty. I have finally tired of it a bit lately, but partly due to how full it makes me. When I change it up and have a bowl of cereal with a sliced banana, it feels so much lighter and refreshing. Perhaps this summer I'll just quit the oatmeal and go cereal.
