On Second Bad Vibel, theres this crackling noise. If I play it through my speakers and open my mouth, it feels the same as that popping candy you eat and crackles at the back of your throat.

i remember the exact moment i first heard second bad vibel and freaked my shit

when i started listening to autechre back who knows when i started feeling rather disoriented with the world, and second bad vilbel was the harbinger into my descent of idm madness. i love, and i mean LOVE all four tracks on this ep, however at this point i can easily say that second scepe is brilliant and i want to have its babies. something about it words cannot describe!

Second Bad Vibel is the shit. I love the "breakdown" in the middle of it with the huge static sound and the long, mechanical sounding, groan that bellows from it only back to the blasting beat.

The Autechre remix of Falling by Scorn (on the remix album Ellipsis) sounds a lot like Second Scepe

yeah, falling is a great track. not sure if it's as in-depth as second scepe, but the constant pan throughout makes it extra eerie. sam and baph, i must say - spot on!

exactly... reminds me of their earlier stuff in that regard. there's something bizarrely soothing in that.
