thanks. i'll try anything that'll help me get to bed/go easy on my eyes.

Same here.

Oh, it rather quickly turned dimmer/more orange. I expected it to gradually happen over maybe half an hour so that I wouldn't even realise it was changing. But it mixed quickly within about 30 seconds.

Oh well. Still a nice idea, and I actually already feel a bit more relaxed and ready for bed. I usually dim my screen when it's dark outside anyway, so at least this will do it for me.

The orange 'sunset' hue is lovely though.

Recommends :ok:

Aha, turned my screen rather orange.

Lets see if it will make a difference.

Edit: Shit this is deadly, my eyes adjusting already.

used this for the last day and I'm VERY impressed. If you open up the prog from the task bar and click on the SUN icon it runs you through the 24-hour cycle to give refresh you on just how much it's dimming the screen.

don't forget to enter in your latitude and longitude. I'm well impressed on how it's perfectly mapping the day length.

does need to include the mouse pointer though.

yeah this is very cool

I feel there is a baobab tree growing out of my head, its leaves stretch up to the heavens

I'm going to give this a shot.

Some songs I made with my fingers and electronics. In the process of making some more. Hopefully.

yeah I've gotta say, even if it is just a placebo thing, my eyes feel a lot less strained. usually i get a headache after using the computer at night but this just makes me want to listen to some chilled out jazz tunes.

^^ this tbh, plus it looks nicer :P

Plus, its freeware! no one had to pay to experience it... therefore we're not being "sold" anything per se

well the shift in colour seems happens gradually, but fastest/most noticably at around 8-10pm

so base your decision on that
