Autechre (Warp Records) sign up for Anodyne Remix EP On Psychonavigation

Legendary Electronic act Autechre have completed a remix for the Anodyne Remix EP to be released on Irish imprint Psychonavigation Records.

Anodyne 'Close Your Eyes' (The Corporation Street Remix by Autechre) will be available to pre-order as a digital download from August 9th exclusively through Bleep.com

The remix ep also contains 6 other reworkings by : The Black Dog, Lackluster,Mick Chillage,Anodyne,Mr.Spring & Ed Devane.

Can't stop listening to this remix since I discovered it yesterday ! It's dope ! Would even say : "Magnifique".

Not too far from the original yet not too close...They respected the original track, and they managed to make it more "delicate", if you see what I mean. Maybe less "rave-orientated" than the original, less techno, more intimate.

Plus they didn't tried to transform it into another "Ae" track and that's really good ! I'll certainly give a listen to the anodyne's album and this remix EP.

OMG I'm writing such usual things about this remix that I received a mail from Pitchfork. They want me to work with them.

That Black Dog remix sounds like the mutt's nuts.

And the 'techre remix sounds ace too!
