I think I fucked it up again. I'm feeling alarmingly depressed that I may have reherniated the disc. by sneezing. I can't go through this again.

A friend of my parents has had back issues for almost 20 years. he's had something like a dozen surgeries and each time the docs told him he'd be back to normal, only to have it come back after a year or so. he also loved to play golf and wouldn't give it up. he now gets around on a motorized wheelchair most of the time. He can stand and walk but it gets painful very fast so he's basically constantly on painkillers.

Not sure where I was going with this. Just be careful and maybe lay off the golf. It seems to jack up a lot of people's backs.
