I noticed some years ago that women cant fully bend their elbows. If you are in college or the workplace tomorrow, ask any girl to put their arms by their sides and then in the exact same way you would lift a dumbell (bicep curl), bend up and touch their shoulders with their fingers while holding their upper arms perfectly still. You will see that they cant do it.
