This is what i got from it in very loose terms (someone pull me up if i get this wrong) this guy (and some of his babes) has come up with an idea to combine a certain kind of quantum computation, which automatically disregards any wrong results, with quantum teleportation which in effect could theoretically create a time machine that wouldn't allow all the usual time travel paradoxes to occur. An incorrect state in this case would be regarded as a wrong result for the time machine and wouldn't be allowed. I only loosely understand it but just thought it was funny that it came up today.
