plaid Plaid Sound A Likes

I can name a few artist that have that plaid Sound, not as good but have that sound.

Lackluster

Iqtu

Esem

To Name A few.

I don't think there's anything sounding like Plaid.

The young danish duo Electrojuice did some Plaid-like things at their performance at the Roskilde festival this year.

I can hear a lot of Plaid influence in Ochre.

Plaid have influenced so many artists over these past 20+ years it's hard to know where to start.

CiM made some beauties and Lucky & Easy too.

I'll stop there because a list could go on forever.

Really? I've never picked up on BoC. Tracks like 111 and Infotain me sound really Plaid-y to me.

well they now inhabit the ol' Plaid Bubble studio space so i hear, so....... maybe it's the air in there, or they're licking the walls lol, cos some of their tracks do sound a lot like Plaid, ya....... :)

I think you'll find kakapo has greatly refined critical sensibilities, and if he suggest kettel sounds like plaid, and you disagree, the correct response is not 'I disagree' but 'Why am I wrong, and how can I put this right'.
