i encountered it somewhere on the main page, not in the options, double click on the steam taskbar icon gets you there. i don't know how it all works myself..it was a pretty large button.

Looks like I'm gonna have to hold off playing online until I get a new computer, I am still on the same computer which monumentally fucked up the other day, and well the CPU won't run at anymore than 30% maximum, the hard drive and CPU and are completely fucked and as a result it is NOT possible to play online at all it just won't load a fucking thing.

What a CUNT
