a little

but mainly i just thought it was a funny video, it came up when i searched for "dj sound effects" on the youtube

my serious reply: if you're stuck on the idea of sound effects, use samples you haven't heard in other dj sets, or else it'll just be another set. listen to other sets that employ them. ask yourself what that effect's purpose is, and find a different effect that could serve the same purpose, or a cooler one. experiment!

Crowd noises / cheering.

They might not be doing it themselves if you are also using the air horn sound effect.

Dj sound effects just fucking suck. Perfect example of an ego that needs to think he's being creative. But as a matter of fact, they're an insult to the artist's track. You're a Dj, just select the records and make them go together. Dj's need to understand they are not artists. Reverb is ok though.
