Does this include the eldery cause my grandpa just killed himself but he was pretty sick, so it's not like it had much or anything to do with him being in WW2

Current events are just another textbook waiting to be written. Personally I find it offensive that people still commit acts of crime and war in the name of religion, but i guess that's just how fucked up human thinking is. As for how war and the experiences of war are burned into the human psyche, it's no wonder people can no longer cope with thoughts when they see their best friend get their head blown off five feet in front of them. What is even more depressing is that the entire concept of governmental structures controlling the general population only increases the amount of harm done from one country to another due to being able to justify means to an end combined with widespread apathy. Not exactly the most uplifting discussion...

Does anyone else think that it would actually be totally practical to dismantle the U.S. military at this point? Don't we, by principle, disarm and disable rampant killers and people with crazy and violent fucking delusions? I'm sort of embarrassed to be a human being at all.

i should have said environmental protection. said ambiental because that's how it's said in my language. but you get the point

because they've been trained to kill, and have killed innocent people, and all for something that they never should have identified with in the first place.

this could happen but them we'd just have to get angry at someone else for invading the US. FUN

some people don't have much of a choice between the armed forces and homelessness... it's not so simple as don't volunteer

i tried out for the navy and scored highly on their aptitude tests, but they wouldn't take me because of my ample police record
