i expected something that resembled what i've come to expect from an Aronofsky film. and i didn't get what i expected. as a film generally, The Wrestler wasn't bad. but it was definitely not what i would call a trademark Aronofsky film.

i thought the wrestler was good. this looks like a return to form so to speak. looks pretty dark at least. they better not be the same person though but im def going to see it

trailer didn't convince me to plunk down $10.50 but i thought the wrestler featured marisa tomei's boobs

i honestly dont see antyhing wrong with this... theres nothing in this trailer that gives me any reason to think this is going to be a bad movie. it looks interesting.

The ending of the trailer saved it, at least it made it seem there's more going on other than a generic love triangle story.
