i want to try this while falling asleep sometime, what is it 7 hours long continuously? i like the idea of using the DVD-audio format not to do surround sound but just insanely long stereo music

it keeps you in that semi-awake-mostly-asleep phase where you have really vivid dreams yet are still perceiving to some extent your surroundings and the passage of time.

I find this album really influences the dreams I have..

Its available as a free 320kbps download from here.

Also i'm an insomniac. Sometimes really dense noise helps clear my head and allows me to sleep.

One of my favourites for a long time is Cirque by Biosphere. I think most post-Patashnik Biosphere would work but something about that album is particularly nice for falling asleep. Weirdly if the music is too droney then my mind starts to analyse it more. The exception to that being Koan by Moljebka Pvlse which is awesome for any occasion.
