While there is sound library LPs made just for the spy genre (http://www.discogs.com/Various-60s-Spy-Themes/release/5494396), My personal favorite of this kind of thing is Nino Nardini & Roger Roger's Jungle Obsession LP. Even though it was made in 1970/1971, has super early usage of a moog. It still has such a 60s vibe... depending on how exotic and chill you want your lounge music to be. The whole album is a masterpiece.
