toast some bread, put a slice of cheese on top, broil in the oven until the bread gets a little burned (or a lot), take out, cover in tomato slices, drizzle olive oil+balsamic vinegar+pepper+garlic...

These are unexpectedly and ridiculously good with weed.

EXCEPT make sure that they're the kind with cheese flavored crackers with cheese in the center. Fuck Peanut Butter.

Heat up oil in pan untill pretty hot.

Soak slice of bread (white or wholemeal) in eggy mixture and fry in pan

Doesn't take long. Just untill golden brown on both sides

Different regions, different name. I've always known it as French toast, but eggy bread is a superior name IMO. :D
