squarepusher squarepusher cover band?

my cousin plays music informally with some friends & we both like squarepusher

i introduced him and i'm thinking i might try to jam with them on some sqp tunes

hello meow, abacus 2, venus no. 17 acid mix, megazine, etc. but in a live setting

on traditional electric instruments as faithfully as possible... is this a good idea?
