Man, that operation was once shown on Channel 4 gross-out documentary. I saw it years ago, but I've been talking about it this week coincidentally.

It's terrible. The guy's penis is awkwardly bent, but they put some kind of pressure on it 'til it's erect, skin it and then snap the shaft back. The sound it made was terrifying. One of the most terrible things I've ever seen. You could even see his piss-pipe between the muscle.
