ahh so the costume is just a distraction whilst they empty your pockets. Although that would be romania. I don't think the bulgarians could be fucked with that type of long history of pissing people off all over europe via a long history of petty crime and being a general nuisance.

I don't know, but the picture was weird and thought provoking. Imagine being stuck in a hospital in Gary, Indiana, and this thing hobbles by.
