No, pretty easy. A 555 timer for the clock, a 4017 decade counter for the steps and some pots for the notes, basically.

Dark Times are nigh'

My lovely Doepfer arrived today...it's already blowing my mind after a play with it earlier, going to have a serious session with her later tonight. I'm in love.

Yo! why yes indeed I have recordings, mostly improv. jams and short recordings of bits i want to come back to develop later

This things insanely fun, with the flick of a switch (accidental or otherwise) you can discover the tastiest lines. It's perfect for the sort of music i've been wanting to make as of late.

USB functionality is a dream also - can nicely back up all the sequences you make to ableton or wherever you please.
