i don't get how stuff like this works. would you have to up it to each and every site? or could other sites get it from a few of the bigger sites? in other words, how has it spread so far and so quickly?

in other news: the Youtube vid had had 3,313 views when i looked earlier today. it's now had 5,739 views only a few hours later! amazing!

One distributor spreads out to all outlets at once. Probably just takes longer to get approved at some places.

How old are you? Your reactions seem a bit naive tbh. No offense though. It seems to me your thinking logic is a bit off.

Obviously some things aren't just reversed in a matter of seconds. You're talking about big companies here like Apple and Amazon. You can't just go like: "hey dude can you turn off that page, thanks" and then expect it to be resolved in a matter of seconds. The world does not spin like that unfortunately.

lol, none taken Fred. i'm quite indifferent to the whole thing really. it's obviously one big joke. just the children voices and laughter samples makes this pretty clear, to me at least. it's a big piss take publicity stunt. but quite an interesting one. however long it stays up for i guess BoC are making money from it? so who cares really? "get your money for nothing and your chicks for free". lol

Well if this vaguely amusing fiasco has achieved anything, it might've reminded a few people that there were once these two blokes called 'Boards Of Canada'.
