yeah weirdly enough this is the one i am most jealous of in this thread. i would just annoy the shit out of him though.

Tim Hecker (we held an event where he played, i was deconstructing the stage scene, he was unplugging his eqipment we talked about stuff)

Deadbeat (getting drunk together on home-made schnaps in the afterhours, and later driving to the airport)

Lusine (had a beer together before he played on our event)

Random Logic

Magda (she was waiting for her turn at the decks, i was standing next to her, we exchanged a few words, she wrote 'Thanks for coming Luka' on my arm)

Richie Hawtin (he signed my Spastik record)

Probably the most remarkable meeting (if i can call it that) was with Kraftwerk. They were on sound check at the venue which is an old monastery, now an art school with a theatre, and i was a student there. it was an early afternoon, the sun was bright, but it was still rather chilly outside (some time in the april). They were standing on the balcony above the school's yard, we were sitting below, talking. i could see two of them smoking a cigarette, they seemed to have enjoyed themselves quietly on the spring sunshine, as we did. That whole show later was amazing. the school was closed at the time of their show, so we could arrange special viewpoints at the balcony of school's faculty.

oh yea, i also met rza at a roy rogers in a new jersey rest stop in the late 90s. that was a classic. i dont know how i forgot that one. well maybe cause the only crew that was more baked than us at that rest stop was his.
