It's not about trending, it's about giving you personal recommendations based on your listening habits and connecting with like minded people. I've discovered a LOT of great music thanks to it.

Yeah, it helps me seek out similar artists to. But thats all I really use it for.

nevermind, found it.

so as far as I see it they just sacrificed their subscribers to add more commercial music for their countless non subscribers. no real improvements as far as I see it and instead there are now adverts every 30 minutes while you listen to the radio

edit: hm it seems as nearly all tracks are now on full preview. thats pretty neat
