Ludd is this totally meta force. So is Th'idiot. But where's the evidence that these meta existential beings are related? There's no metadata to suggest it. Sure people try to abrade the rules and suggest Ludd is PP Roy, who is also quite meta. But there's not even any circumstantial evidence to indicate these often superimposed names are in fact even related other than existing in the same metaverse.
