I was mostly referring to the 12 second scream @ 3:08 XD ... Yeah well, there's still quite alot of niche-/ "true" metal with operatic vocals around, it's just that most is rather shit and the public image of metal nowadays consists mostly of the extreme stuff , especially black metal, Abbath memes and all...

Speaking of which: Woah, new Furze... Happy to hear the Reaper back in "up-to-UTD"-mode (couldn't really get into the full-on Sabbath worship as of late)! Good one!

finally got round to listening to the new Hooded Menance and it slays. awesome art as always.

catching up on some metal albums from this year. hadn't heard these guys before but this album blew me away earlier. metal AOTY contender.

my wife surprised the fuck out of by gifting me battles in the north from immortal on cd a few weeks ago, i only had it on tape years ago and i blew a load of grim frostcum when i heard it on my soundsystem, album is an absolute must have!!
