are you sure you need to prove this woman's integrity and sexiness to your watmm friends? let her speak for herself... but you've brought her image into this domain without her knowing or choosing and now the integrity of your devotion and care for her is compromised for nothing.

i posted the image to show her youthfulness as it may be related to the celebrities mentioned, not to show-off.

i'm really quite in awe of her late-aged beauty as most people are who know her.

i just thought it was a little fucked that i speak good things about a lady and a select few still insist on shit-talking when they really have no idea who she is at all. sorry for trying to give the woman some credit where its due.

as i already said, that photo is all you get. they are from her public website for all to see, not a facebook or myspace.

you should post a pic that actually shows how young she looks. she could have the most wrinkled face in the world for all we know

yeah woops..

OKAY so lets discuss jesus again.

i'm willing to bet a lot of celebrities exercise, workout, and eat good constantly because their image is such a part of their profession.

they probably fear not aging gracefully and spend a significant amount of time preventing the inevitable.

even more so the female celebrities, a lot of them seem to just disappear once their hair grays and wrinkles appear.

or maybe its genetics, or maybe its just...

damnit man, like i said theres only three photos of her on her website and the other two are just images of her speaking with people, no face.

i actually agree with happycase that posting personal photos is disrespectful.

its besides the point anyway, trust me here she's not aging very quickly at all.

if you're looking for spank bank there's plenty of keanu in this thread, no?

this is all you get, there's really only 3 i could even find on the internets..

shitty photo i know but trust me when she walks into a room people fucking notice.

she spends her entire daily life doing yoga, exploring her body and her mind, etc..

she has a presence like she sees extremely deep into your soul and you don't have any way of stopping her.

i was tripping on acid in her house one night and it was a pleasant experience but i had this overwhelming sense

that she knew much more about myself than i did.. it's almost creepy.

nonetheless, DROP. DEAD. GORGEOUS.

and a walking testament to the power of disciplined dietary choices.

yeah but she hasn't done anything other than do yoga and believe she's deep right?

well i don't mean to continue to derail the thread

but she runs a retreat and spends every waking day helping people become comfortable with themselves, their bodies, and their lives.

kind of on the mega-spiritual side of things which i shy away from, but she takes her study extremely seriously

and has helped a significant number of people work past trauma in their lives.. i'm talking hundreds of people.

there's literally a giant following of people that feel she has saved them from their own demise.. kind of weird and at first i thought it was cultish, but its really that she spends so much time developing interpersonal relationships with anyone and everyone who visits her home. an altruist if i've ever met one.

she is easily the most compassionate individual i have ever met, and that is not an understatement.

what have you done, huh?

well back on topic.. keanu and nic cage should probably enroll in many of the aging studies being conducted.

either that or we're all being fooled by photoshop..

there's a growing number of scientists devoting most of their work towards the reversal of aging symptoms.. i saw a BBC documentary or two following some of them in their search, notably the scientists investigating telomeres.

nic cage is without a doubt the telomere master.

The woman in question is undoubtably doing commendable work if she's helping others through difficult times in the way that she is. I wonder, however, how she would look if she spent her time like the vast majority of the population though, working in a stressful job and perhaps not having the time to eat/exercise like she does. I feel like a bit of a douche for discussing her appearance like this, but just a point I thought I'd make.

As for the last part of your response above, I find the phrase 'aging symptoms' troubling. I now it's because deep down a lot of people are absolutely terrified of dying, but why must aging be treated like a disease?

What a fucked up world we live in.

He's had a pretty noticeable face lift. Just look at his hairline and he has the weird fold that you get behind the ears from facelifts.

What a fucked up world we live in.

yeah it does make you think. she obviously lives a healthy lifestyle, emphasis on lifestyle. im sure its all just integrated for her, eating green smoothie, juice/herb fasting, all the raw vegetables, just a few of the many things she does daily to on her vigorous inner-spiritual mission to love her mind and body.. she's all about that, lives for it even.

i really don't understand why a person wouldn't want to eat healthier if they work a stressful job. eating nutritionless food all day every day leaves people with escalating blood pressure, out of control blood sugar spikes and drops, makes a person hungry every hour, makes it harder to do any kind of physical work and mental work i.e. concentrating, and just in general makes you feel like shit until you sit down and eventually fall asleep when you didn't need to.

for me when i came to the realization that taking the "easy" way out was actually costing more money, making the switch was really simple.. wake up, eat an apple, take 10 minutes boil (or even quicker, microwave) some oats, drink a glass of water, fry an actual egg or two and wow, sustainable carbohydrates, unsaturated fats, vitamins, minerals. and there's breakfast, an entire week worth of breakfast for less than 15 dollars and a mere ten to fifteen minutes of my own time invested each morning.

and the best part is i wouldn't get unbearably hungry until many hours later whereas microwavable pancakes, eggo waffles, syrup, sausage, bacon and all that shit not only cost way more to sustain but made me hungry very shortly after.

i applied the same routine to lunch, dinner, and eventually rid myself of mealtimes altogether choosing nutrition dense food all day everyday..

and what i noticed was that most of my so-called work stress was actually me being too tired, full, and in the grips of a blood sugar crisis to handle any kind of pressure without stressing the fuck out.. i swear to god TV dinners, pizza, and fast food are the reason the USA is in a degenerative health crisis. which brings me to the topic of aging...

yeah, you are right that aging is not a disease.. it's the inevitable.

it's not the most popular opinion, but i strongly feel lack of nutrition and exercise in our population is largely responsible for many of the degenerative diseases people suffer from as they age. then they end up dying in drawn out painful ways or falling over dead randomly as their heart stops.

america has a long history since industrializing of getting less and less exercise and increasingly poor food habits.. in particular americans don't eat nearly enough vegetables, and eat way too much meat. studies are popping up a lot with supporting evidence that vegetables and fruit are not only healthy in that they contain excellent nutrition, but they contain compounds which often prevent degenerative disease and cancer.

so i dunno, its really just laziness.. its not like the majority of people are working more than 12 hours daily, or 7 days a week. and its not like the 6-7 free hours they have outside of work are not enough to spend at most a half hour preparing healthy food for the day. people have all the time in the world to browse the internet and watch TV, but not enough time to maintain themselves? and if i were a parent, i think i'd feel even more compelled to take care of not just myself but my children too. and NO FUCKING WAY are they going to eat school food.

and then there's exercise...

Guardian just published an interview with him....

Outnumbering the hundreds of Photoshopped versions of the image that began circulating – Sad Keanu perched alongside Forrest Gump, or gazing at a miniature Sad Keanu on the ground, who in turn was peering at an even tinier Sad Keanu – were messages of support, and testimonies from those who had met Reeves, or simply been inspired by him. Fans pointed out the setbacks and traumas that had dogged the Beirut-born, Toronto-raised actor, from his father deserting him and his mother when Reeves was three through to his sister's leukaemia and the death of his former girlfriend in 2001, two years after she gave birth to their stillborn daughter. What started as light-hearted internet wildfire quickly acquired a serious, even spiritual dimension. Internet forums were littered with stories of Reeves's generosity and altruism: how he had spent $5m on treatment for his sister, bought Harley-Davidson motorcycles for the special effects team on The Matrix Reloaded, given $20,000 to a hard-up set-builder, and frequently bought breakfast and lunch for minor crew members. June 15 was designated Keanu Day by Sad Keanu enthusiasts, and only a total louse would complain that he didn't merit the honour.

(...)

He says he heard about Sad Keanu some time after the fact. "I was made aware of it. And I thought it was funny. Yeah. But, you know, it's still a drag to get your picture taken when you're eating a sandwich. It's a downer. Even though, conceptually, what was going on was pretty funny." He says this evenly, in a way that does not suggest he took any great succour or amusement from the whole episode. He seems uncomfortable with the attention, however benign in essence, and why wouldn't he be?
