i am in the R&D dept, the "discovery" group. the stupid name is supposed to mean at the forefront of new products or some crap. some people in my group do formulations of products, some do material measurements. i am just starting off, more on the material measurements side.

Hair: Trader Joes citrus shampoo

Body: Bar of castile soap with washcloth (washcloth scrubbing feet feel oh god... so good)

Face: Bar of castile soap with washcloth + vitamin e oil at night

In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Hand made soap is the best. All olive oil and coconut oil, your skin becomes pure sex.

got a tiny amount in my urethra once, now I can't even look at it

I've been on no soap and shampoo treatment since that other thread and it feels right.
