There seems to be some confusion on other forums about this release, so let me break it down (one time, uhhhh).

 

This release is limited to 300 units in total, it won't be repressed.

140 copies on 180gram red vinyl in a disco bag.

150 copies on 180gram red vinyl, 2 colour hand number sleeve, hand stamped label, 10" Kodak Endura Metallic print and in a plastic sleeve.

10 copies for DO.

 

This release will be available on Digital Download and Dokument .01 will not feature on the album (Dokument .02). Dokument .02 has an April release date.

didn't realise there was another album due in April. i thought this was an album of stuff.. but it's just 2 tracks, eh??

so... to recap, Doc. 1 is released 28th Feb, 2 tracks, ltd. red vinyl (which is pretty much gone), digi download. and is on their soundcloud/forum, to hear..

Doc. 2 (album) comes out April the ?? - CD, ltd. vinyl? and digi download.

I dont think the album on vinyl is limited. But I could be wrong.

I've finally got round to listening to the 12'' and the opening track (Strung Valve Checkout) is just incredible. I could listen to it on loop for hours ...

Force Thee Hand Ov Chance i can do without, that album sounds shockingly elevator music to me but i feel like Dreams Less Sweat is one of the most interesting pop albums of the 80s. If you've checked out the last studio Throbbing Gristle album 'journey through a body' it sounds very much like a sequel or an extension to that work, in a way it sounds more like a later period TG album to me than a PTV album.
