That said, I tend to use:

BBC

Reuters

Telegraph and Guardian

CS Monitor (succinct and informative articles, lacks excessive journalist zeal in the analysis/opinion articles)

Huffpost (US politics)

CNN International

 

Locally:

Texas Tribune

Austin Statesman + Houston Chronicles

Austin Chronicle (marijuana section only, the rest is whiney, so-left-wing-it's-fucking-annoying "investigative" journalism)

Also, my workplace has an internal collection of statewide political headlines, which is helpful as I work for the TX state legislature.

 

I used to also read Andrew Sullivan's blog but I lack the time or care to do so anymore
