right now i am hopped up on vodka and painkillers cause it's snowing like fuck right now and my back hurts real bad.

it always depends on how i am actually feel. it makes it awkward because the large portion of people who ask me this don't really care,

"I'm (doin' pretty) good, how you doin'?", something like that.

so ... I guess,

I'm wasting my time.

i usually say "It's all Lovely! It's all Lovely!" in a rhythmic tone while head noddin'!

i usually say "actually i'm feeling a bit shit" and proceed to describe graphically each and every one of my ailments, just to be a cunt.

When people ask me how I'm doing I usually reply "Pretty well, how about yourself?"

"not bad" or "not too bad" is the only acceptable answer.

Am fine, Thats what I say all the time

answered "well" but in actual fact I usually say I'm doing "excellent"

bit much I guess at times but I just say it.

when used for such a response, "good" is an adjective and "well" is an adverb. therefore:

"i am good"

"i am doing well"

are correct, and:

"i am well"

"i am doing good"

are incorrect.
