If I had heard this earlier in my life, I wouldn't've had to waste my 7th and 8th grade exclusively listening to John Coltrane, Evanescence, and Medeski Martin and Wood (who I still love).

Yea, you're right. But all I listened to were those 3 bands, and maybe a few of my parents bands (RHCP in particular).

Nah, Coltrane is great, and so are MMW. Evanescence is still a guilty pleasure for me. Plus, when I moved schools I had an Evanescence T-Shirt, and all of the emos wanted to be my friend. I was hoping I could get some good music from them. Sadly I was mistaken.

At 5:25, another layer comes in which harmonizes with the main melody. I can play both layers on a piano/keyboard at the same time, and I guess I could sing the vocals too if I tried.
