Quadrange lossless one day?

Just wondered if the Quadrange EP by Autechre will have a lossless release sometime. I paid for it back in the day, and love it, and I also bought the recent EP set despite owning all of the original releases because I like to support Autechre. However I still don't feel like I got my money's worth with Quadrange. To this day it is the only lossy download I have paid for without getting a lossless copy.

It seems like it would be pretty easy to release as lossless, and would be a nice gesture to the fans, who are feeling a little slighted by the bare-minimum content of the EPs box, and the fact that we could have bought the same thing for less money via Amazon.

With regards the Quadrange we need to look into why we dont have this in lossless. It may well be possible that we can get hold of it, so please bear with us.

no you couldn't have bought the same thing from Amazon for less money.

the item available from Amazon is: 1x autechre EP box set.

the item available from Bleep is: 1x autechre EP box set + 1x WAV Download + 1x MP3 Download + 1x MOV Download

I was just about to say that I was absolutely certain there was no FLAC release, and then I checked back through my e-mail and discovered that I did, in fact, buy it in FLAC. I must be some kind of total idiot. Now I have to search my backup drive!

(apologises for entire thread)

My bad, sub with "could have bought the box without the unwanted bundling from Amazon for less."

I personally love physical releases. I guess I haven't yet come round to the idea of buying music strictly in file form without a sleeve/case/whatever to hold and examine and all that horseshit that old-fashioned folks talk so lovingly about. I would be so excited by the proposition of a physical release of the entire Quaristice catalogue. I realize the unlikelihood of such an eventuality, but I still think it would be wonderful. I think a box-set type release would do this massive amount of work some justice. To me it feels scattered and disseminated being that there is so much 'digitally exclusive' material. Being an obsessive completist, I'd like to have it all in one concise physical receptacle that I can put on my shelf and admire from across the room> I'd most certainly pay for a high end box(a quadrilateral, if you will) containing Quaristice [including Nu-Nr6d], Quadrange, (Versions), and the digital exclusive ep.

can you guys tell me the name of that really long Quaristice track version, something like 40 minutes, ambient. and how can i get it?

Perlence Subrange 6.36

A track I actually quite enjoy when in the mood.

I remember when this came out (and yes I bought the flacs too), for 2 weeks or so they'd make a new track available for download each day... they also did some wierd thingy where they broke the whole thing up into 4 separate "EPs" for sale on iTunes or something.

I'd be interested in purchasing legit versions of the Japan digital exclusive, the new 6852, we are r why, et al. but hey if autechre don't want my monies that's cool.
